When a video or picture is flagged as inappropriate the staff will verify that it complies with our “Terms and Conditions”. If it violates them, it will be promptly removed from the website.

Here are some simple rules to comply with if you don’t want your videos or photos removed.

1) 242movietv.com is strongly against pornography, child pornography or sexually explicit content. If your video or photo belongs to any of the above categories, even if you’re the one portrayed, you’re not authorized to upload it on 242movietv.com. Refrain from publishing it!

2) You’re not authorized to publish disgusting videos or photos showing unfair actions such as animal mistreatment, drug use, or the making of weapons or bombs. 

3) You’re not authorized to publish disturbing or disgusting  videos or photos portraying accidents, dead people and the like.

4) You are not authorized to publish any video or photo portraying any form of violence. If the video includes people being hurt, humiliated or assaulted refrain from publishing it.

5) Always respect copyright. You’re only authorized to upload videos or photos that you made and that you own the copyright on or you’ve been cleared the rights to. Therefore, do not upload videos or photos you didn’t create yourself or include any kind of art you don’t own the rights to. These include soundtracks, parts of shows that are protected by copyright law and aired by third parties by any technique or medium, or produced by other users, without a permit.

6) 242movietv.com defends and respects freedom of expression, even when it goes against public opinions. However a point of view must remain a point of view. For this reason, it is forbidden to use hostile, discriminatory, blasphemous, racist or in any way offensive language.

7) We will not tolerate any kind of illicit behaviour, including threatening, stalking, harassment, privacy violation or the divulgation of other member’s private data, linking other video sharing web-sites or the like when not authorized (they will be removed), posting blogs when you’re not properly registered (by completing all forms. In this case 242 MovieTv and Slup s.r.l. are authorized to remove them it they deem it necessary),posting offensive and/or denigratory comments, instigate other users to unregister or abandon the community through the built-in messaging system.

8) Do not create or write ambiguous titles, descriptions, tags or thumbnails in the attempt to increase traffic on that particular video or page. The publishing of unrequested material, or undesired, repetitive or obnoxious information, including private messages to another member of the community or user, is forbidden.

9) Do not use this website for commercial purposes.

10) Golden rule goes“Do not do to others what would anger you if done to you by others” says Isocrates. We can quote thousands versions of this expression, and the rule would still apply. In case of violation of any of the above rules, 242movietv.com reserves the right to cancel your account. Should this happen you won’t be allowed to register again.
